Peter Baker, JD, MBA has joined Glendale Adventist Medical Center (GAMC) as Vice President of Business Development. Baker comes to GAMC from Loma Linda University Medical Center in Murrieta where he served as associate vice president for business development, contracting, outpatient and ancillary services.

While at Loma Linda University Medical Center, he was part of the executive team that built and opened that hospital a year ago. He oversaw the development and implementation of the hospital's strategic services as well as the recruitment of physicians to the hospital's medical office building, which was 95% leased at its opening.

Glendale Adventist Medical Center (GAMC) has announced the appointment of Arby Nahapetian, M.D., MPH, FACC to the position of Vice President of Medical Affairs and Quality.  A practicing cardiologist and electrophysiologist, Dr. Nahapetian will play an integral role in strengthening communication and enhancing the hospital’s focus on clinical quality among its affiliated physicians. Dr. Nahapetian comes to Glendale Adventist from Cardiovascular Consultants Medical Group and serves as Clinical Instructor for medical students, residents, and cardiology fellows at the UCLA School of Medicine and the Ronald Reagan Medical Center.  Dr. Nahapetian will continue to practice clinical medicine as he begins his new role as Vice President for Medical Affairs and Quality. Peter Baker and Arby Nahapetian, M.D. will be an integral part of our leadership team as the hospital continues to provide excellent service to patients and the communities we serve,” said Kevin A.
